| A Successful Volunteer Day at Utah Gardens |

We learned about Utah Gardens' many projects to feed people and help people help others. Thanks to everyone who showed up, and thanks especially to Monica Timm for organizing our first Net Impact Pro service project! Utah Gardens mission statement: "We are dedicated to enhancing our communities and participants through the development, installation and maintenance of sustainable community gardens and greening projects. By coordinating educational components and civic involvement, we strive to have gardens become places of community building and participant empowerment." |
A great crew of Net Impact volunteers showed up to shovel and haul compost, plant tomatoes, spread mulch, and shoot the hay on a beautiful saturday morning.
